學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)要具有適當(dāng)、明確、具體的特點(diǎn)。
適當(dāng) 就是指目標(biāo)不能定得過高或過低，過高了，最終無法實(shí)現(xiàn)，容易喪失信心，使計(jì)劃成為一紙空文;過低了，無需努力就能達(dá)到，不利于進(jìn)步。要根據(jù)自己的實(shí)際情況提出經(jīng)過努力能夠達(dá)到的目標(biāo).
明確 就是指學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)要便于對(duì)照和檢查。如:"今后要努力學(xué)習(xí)，爭(zhēng)取更大進(jìn)步"這一目標(biāo)就不明確，怎樣努力呢?哪些方面要有進(jìn)步?如果必為:"數(shù)學(xué)課語文課都要認(rèn)真預(yù)習(xí)。數(shù)學(xué)成績(jī)要在班級(jí)達(dá)到中上水平。"這樣就明確了，以后是否達(dá)到就可以檢查了。
具體 就是目標(biāo)要便于實(shí)現(xiàn)，如怎樣才能達(dá)到"數(shù)學(xué)中上水平"這一目標(biāo)呢?可以具體化為:每天做10道計(jì)算題，5道應(yīng)用題，每個(gè)數(shù)學(xué)公式都要準(zhǔn)確無疑地背出來，等等。
三、科學(xué)安排時(shí)間
確定了學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)之后，就要通過科學(xué)地安排。使用時(shí)間來達(dá)到這些目標(biāo)。要符合"全面、合理、高效"的要求。
全面 在安排時(shí)間時(shí)，既要考慮學(xué)習(xí)，也要考慮休息和娛樂，既要考慮課內(nèi)學(xué)習(xí)，還要考慮課外學(xué)習(xí)，還要考慮不同學(xué)科的時(shí)間搭配。
合理 要找出每天學(xué)習(xí)的最佳時(shí)間，如有的同學(xué)早晨頭腦清醒，最適合于記憶和思考;有的則晚上學(xué)習(xí)效果更好，要在最佳時(shí)間里完成較重要的學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)，此外注意文理交叉安排，如復(fù)習(xí)一會(huì)語文，就做幾道算術(shù)題，然后再?gòu)?fù)習(xí)自然常識(shí)外語待。
高效 要根據(jù)事情的輕重緩急來安排時(shí)間，一般來說，把重要的或困難的學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)放在前面來完成，因?yàn)檫@時(shí)候精力充沛，思維活躍，而把比較容易的放稍后去做。此外，較小的任務(wù)可以放在零星時(shí)間去完成，以充分做到見縫插針。

首先要解決語言問題
語言的準(zhǔn)備包括法語準(zhǔn)備和英語準(zhǔn)備。留學(xué)法國(guó)一定要有表明法語水平的成績(jī)。以前，代表法語水平成績(jī)的是TEF考試(由法國(guó)工商會(huì)和法國(guó)法語聯(lián)盟主辦的法語水平考試)，從2007年2月份開始，出現(xiàn)了TCF考試(法國(guó)國(guó)際教育研究中心組織的一種法語水平考試，由法國(guó)青年、國(guó)民教育及科研部推出)，這種考試已逐步普及，并有取代TEF的趨勢(shì)。此項(xiàng)考試成績(jī)有效期為兩年。
目前，80%的法國(guó)院校需要中國(guó)學(xué)生在去法國(guó)之前，參加TCF考試。考試包括聽力、閱讀和語法三個(gè)必考部分，三者全部都是機(jī)考，并且都是選擇題。
此外，還有口語和作文兩個(gè)加考部分，是否加考，依據(jù)各申請(qǐng)學(xué)校的要求而定。英語的準(zhǔn)備主要是針對(duì)讀商科的學(xué)生，需要提交GMAT成績(jī);如果是選擇英語授課的話，還須提供托福或雅思成績(jī)(具體依學(xué)校要求而定)。
申請(qǐng)公立大學(xué)最好不要換專業(yè)
根據(jù)自己想要讀的專業(yè)來選學(xué)校。如果是申請(qǐng)讀公立大學(xué)的話最好不要換專業(yè)。因?yàn)楣⒋髮W(xué)的研究生課程大多要求有相關(guān)的專業(yè)背景，比如學(xué)工程的就要有相關(guān)的工程專業(yè)教育的背景，否則的話即使申請(qǐng)也不會(huì)通過的。而私立大學(xué)的商科，則對(duì)教育背景不做要求，任何專業(yè)的人都可以申請(qǐng)。

法國(guó)：APS審核是關(guān)鍵
APS，是由法國(guó)大使館文化處和德意志學(xué)術(shù)交流中心設(shè)立的審核赴德留學(xué)人員學(xué)歷材料和入學(xué)資格的官方機(jī)構(gòu)，這是法國(guó)留學(xué)的第一道關(guān)卡。法國(guó)大使館和法國(guó)大學(xué)均將是否通過APS驗(yàn)證作為簽發(fā)學(xué)習(xí)簽證和入學(xué)通知的必要條件。這種認(rèn)證終身有效并且適用于全部法國(guó)大學(xué)。只有拿到APS的審核證書，才能申請(qǐng)到法國(guó)的大學(xué)。
據(jù)了解，中國(guó)學(xué)生赴德之前要學(xué)滿四百到六百學(xué)時(shí)的德語，在學(xué)習(xí)語言的同時(shí)，就可以準(zhǔn)備APS的申請(qǐng)材料了。法國(guó)比較嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)，材料必須準(zhǔn)備得很齊全，小學(xué)、初中、高中的畢業(yè)證書，高中、高考的成績(jī)單，還有大學(xué)在讀的證明等等。學(xué)歷原件對(duì)于審核及以后的申請(qǐng)大學(xué)幾乎沒用，材料需要進(jìn)行公證，并翻譯成英文或德文。
APS審核除了材料嚴(yán)格，還要進(jìn)行面試。一般情況下，由兩個(gè)法國(guó)教授主持面試，面試包括15分鐘的筆試和20分鐘的口試。筆試內(nèi)容圍繞專業(yè)知識(shí)的考察進(jìn)行，而口試內(nèi)容除了考察專業(yè)知識(shí)外還包括留學(xué)動(dòng)機(jī)、學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)劃等，整個(gè)面試用德語或者英語都可以。
